We are currently working with people in the Wheeling area to bring "A New Home for Liberty" to the Northern Panhandle. "A New Home for Liberty" tells the exciting stories of men and women who grappled with war, statehood, human rights, and slavery -- as the Civil War raged around them. These brave statemakers forged “A New Home for Liberty” as they added the West Virginia star to “Old Glory!” These programs celebrate their heroism and inspire us to build “a more perfect union.” PHOTOS FROM THE SHEPHERDSTOWN PRODUCTION OF "A NEW HOME FOR LIBERTY" ARE AVAILABLE HERE. For more information about the Shepherdstown Performance please click here. The J.R. Clifford Project would like to remind you that we have many materials and tools available - FOR FREE! Whether you want them for your classroom, church or any other organization we have everything from coloring books to lesson plans and even booklets from our last performance of "A New Home for Liberty".
