| On January 16 and 18, 2010 the Martin Luther King, Jr., West Virginia Holiday Commission, the West Virginia Division of Culture and History and West Virginia State University sponsored three events as part of the national celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and his accomplishments. The J.R. Clifford Project was an integral part of this celebration. | ||
